STAND SET-UP / BOOTH INSTALLATION

20 August: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Only easily removable gel adhesive tape may be used for attaching materials to the floor.

Please note: If adhesive tape or glue residue is left on the floor, Expo-Łódź will issue a damage report and the exhibitor may be charged for cleaning or repairs.

STAND DISMANTLING

20 August: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Please do not begin dismantling your stand before the official closing time of the exhibition.

This rule is mandatory not only under the exhibition regulations but also in accordance with fire safety requirements.

EXHIBITOR PARKING

Information on parking fees, access rules and payment methods.

Opening hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Vehicle access is available via Stefanowskiego Street and Politechniki Avenue.

ADMISSION TO THE EXHIBITION

Exhibitor badges granting access to the exhibition halls can be collected at the Organizer's Office, located at the main entrance of Expo-Łódź (Foyer, Level 0).

Badge collection times:

• 18 August: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 19 August: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
